Teaching
We train inside and outside the classroom, incorporating teachable moments throughout the week. Instructors are international and teach from the Bible and share life experiences. We have new topics and new teachers each week. Together, both students and staff work toward the same goal: To know God and make Him known. You will be challenged, gain knowledge, work in teams, and apply what was learned.

Adventure Weeks
Adventure Weeks
During these weeks we go on an adventure with God learning to love the people and wilderness in Nordland. Every week is different!
Worshipping on mountain tops, backpacking through National Parks, exploring caves, villages and islands, enjoy kayaking and snowcaving.
Connecting with the people and joining local activities. Adventure weeks capture the heart of YWAM Nordland and happen 7 times throughout DTS.
Outreach
Outreach is a unique opportunity to experience new cultures and being a missionary. On outreach the goal has two parts: We wish to tell people about Jesus and show His love through practical deeds.
Outreach may contain evangelism, street preaching, working in churches, schools, with youth and in slums.
God loves the Nations, and so do we! Jesus gave this command, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all.” Mark 16:15
We have three areas on our heart: Greenland, Himalayas, East Africa.
