All YWAM staff worldwide are required to have successfully completed a DTS. All of our full-time staff positions require a two year commitment.
All of our positions are non-paid member positions. To join YWAM full-time anywhere in the world, you need to have your own financial backing. Similar to the Levites in the Old Testament, all of our staff raise support and depend on God’s provision and the generosity of their supporters to cover their expenses.

SERVE WITH US SHORT TERM
You can work at YWAM Nordland as a Mission Builder (MBI) up to 3 months without any earlier YWAM experience. Short term volunteering combines your skills and passions with the current needs at the base. For more information:
